Responsibility
- welcoming players, providing support and creating a social atmosphere and club community
- managing customer service and solving any problems
- managing a small team of full-time or part-time coaches
- regular communication with PadelStars management on site performance and feedback
- responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all visitors to the centre
- support in creating social media content for the site
- day to day running of the facility, including ensuring the centre and courts are well maintained and managing and developing the schedule of programmes at the site
- liaising with the site landlord and the local community where required
Requirements
- friendly, calm, sociable and optimistic. Passionate about helping others learn to love sport and padel
- enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptionally high standards of customer service and coaching
- an organised and effective manager who is always looking for ways to learn and improve
- an effective communicator and problem solver
- confident to work autonomously with accountability
