Responsibility

  • perform meticulous inspections of precision machined parts and components ensuring compliance to strict Quality Standards
  • conduct 1st off, in process and final article inspections
  • verify product conformity to drawing tolerances using a variety of precision measuring tools including Micrometers, Verniers , height gauges and CMMs
  • complete final inspection reports
  • complete nonconformity reports
  • investigating root cause and implementing corrective actions
  • communicate with customers and outside suppliers to resolve quality issues
  • the calibration and control of measuring equipment to ISO standards
