Responsibility
- responsible for preparing & following up customer quotations
- dealing with customer enquiries/quote requests on a day-to-day basis
- book in/replenish stock as required
- processing sales invoices & credits
- assist walk in customers
- identify and approach potential new companies to engage as clients
- hitting monthly KPI’s
- keep regular contact with customers to ensure the required level of sales and service satisfaction is maintained whilst advising of any new product lines
Requirements
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience in a similar role would be beneficial
