  • provide accurate, compliant & timely accounting information and reports
  • review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • process monthly payroll, including CIS management and month end filing
  • bank Reconciliations and daily cash flow management
  • monthly management accounts and year end file preparation
  • review and develop processes and procedures as the business grows
  • ad hoc tasks as and when required
  • data input - complete all financial postings and transactions using Xero Accounting Software and Sage50, and ensure that they are properly and accurately recorded
