  • liase daily with Clients regarding defects, assisting with investigations, rectification and completion
  • customer Service, booking of defect appointments with end Customers
  • running of online Servicestream System, logging of defects, assigning tasks to relevant engineers and updating Clients following completion of defects
  • management of two direct reports diaries
  • we are looking for ambitious and energetic team players who will adopt and uphold values to teamwork and collaborative working to fit in with our progressive organisation
  • assisting Commercial department with chargeable defects
