- manage invoices coming into the business, checking against suppliers
- findning relevant Purchase Order numbers/gaining authorisation for PO numbers
- coding invoices, checking invoices against PO's etc
- liasing with external suppliers via phone and email
- assist with tax preparation and filing
- maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Requirements
- strong administration skills, experience of dealing with invoice processes
- detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- experience with dealing with suppliers and third parties over phone and email
- beneficial to have previous Sage 50 experience
- accounting: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 1 year
