Responsibility
you’ll check all areas before, during and at the end of each shift, ensuring our sky-high standards are maintained; you’ll also carry out daily maintenance and cleanliness checks across all areas of guest and colleague facing rooms
ensuring operating costs are managed effectively, you’ll have responsibility for stock take completion and stock orders in the most organised and efficient ways
always warm and thoughtful, you and your team will make sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly, effectively, and professionally
