Responsibility
- to identify Current & potential member’s needs, provide and sell products which fully meet our members expectations
- work towards and achieve agreed individual and team performance objectives, contributing to the overall company objectives
- to cross sell multiple products by building member relationships and understanding the members business and where we can assist
- to handle customer objections confidently, providing outcomes that are within the interest of both the customer and the business
- this is a dynamic roll, it will involve contacting new and existing clients in relation to their claim; you will also be converting new inbound business leads into HQ Club members while identifying any further business needs they may have
- to support management in the successful day-to-day running and the development of the department
- for the most part you will only be dealing with new inbound leads and current HQ Club members in relation to their business request
- to manage your own time, act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence
Requirements
- claims/ legal experience Advantageous
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to build rapport over the phone
- A strong drive to grow, succeed and achieve
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your time efficiently
- ability to Input Data using multiple systems efficiently and accurately
- minimum 1+ years of experience in outbound sales and/ or account management
- outbound sales: 1 year
