Responsibility

  • you will be working closely with the site team across multiple projects
  • efficiently and accurately price new works
  • produce Project Valuations as per the contract requirements
  • reviewing project costs closely in line with site progress and project valuations and reporting regularly
  • reviewing project costs closely in line with site progress and project valuations
  • reviewing subcontractor valuations, raising queries, producing payment certificates
  • produce and regularly maintain project cash flow forecasts, as well as forecasting outgoing subcontractor and material costs
  • engaging with subcontractors from the pricing stage, ensuring that relevant checks are undertaken and correct documents are issued prior to engagement

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years QS experience
  • A proven track record of your involvement in complex construction projects
  • valid Full UK Driving License
