  • handling incoming calls & other communications
  • working as a team to assist the Office Manager
  • raising Invoices
  • managing the Sub-contractor attendance register, keeping job attendance logs up to date to then cross check with monthly incoming invoices
  • printing and scanning documents
  • checking invoice amounts, VAT calculations and raising invoices
