Requirements
- experience within financial strategy development and implementation
- 1 years experience of working with and / or managing a large volunteer base
- successful fundraising strategy development and implementation
- strong leadership skills and organisation ability, capable of managing teams with wide-ranging interests
- 2 years experience of working with adults at risk e.g. via case-management
- ability to create and encourage a positive culture within volunteer organisations and adherence to Mutual Aid values
- grant writing experience with evidence of successful applications
- successful collaborative relationships and partnership cultivation, development and management
Responsibility
- managing and building links with local and national media to raise OMA’s profile
- working with our Finance Coordinator and Food Distribution and Volunteer Manager, to set and review annual and monthly budgets
