monitoring of calls from start to end of each shift
identifying any visits that have not taken place as planned
liaising with Carers to ascertain whether they are en-route, and advising SU accordingly
organising cover for calls where a Carer has gone off and/or been delayed
updating appropriate records in Quik Plan relating to Service Users
carers; GPs; DNs; emergency services; NOK; social services and other health professionals
liaising with the office as required, and following up with Carers and SU as jointly agreed
using the Quik Plan database and Pass Systems software to monitor and track calls in real time, the administrator will undertake the following key tasks –
