  • execute repairs efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime
  • diagnosing of vehicles using diagnostic equipment

Requirements

  • proven track record as an HGV Technician, well-versed in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
  • relevant technical certifications and qualifications
  • proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools
  • exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • valid UK driver's license

  • ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

  • maintain QuickBooks Online to an accurate, audit-ready standard
  • process bank feeds and reconcile all transactions
  • enter and match supplier invoices, attach documents, and file digitally
  • manage purchase ledger – enter bills, post credits, prepare payment runs, and send remittances
  • manage sales ledger – create and send invoices , apply payments, issue statements, and chase overdue balances
  • upload and code receipts/invoices from email or WhatsApp
  • allocate card, cash, and bank payments accurately
  • liaise directly with our chartered accountant for month-end tasks and queries
