- routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards
- conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection
- utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- onsite, Roadside and workshop
- execute repairs efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime
- diagnosing of vehicles using diagnostic equipment
- proven track record as an HGV Technician, well-versed in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
- relevant technical certifications and qualifications
- proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools
- exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- valid UK driver's license
- ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- maintain QuickBooks Online to an accurate, audit-ready standard
- process bank feeds and reconcile all transactions
- enter and match supplier invoices, attach documents, and file digitally
- manage purchase ledger – enter bills, post credits, prepare payment runs, and send remittances
- manage sales ledger – create and send invoices , apply payments, issue statements, and chase overdue balances
- upload and code receipts/invoices from email or WhatsApp
- allocate card, cash, and bank payments accurately
- liaise directly with our chartered accountant for month-end tasks and queries
