Requirements

  • all applicants must be able to demonstrate the following either at short listing or at interview
  • post-graduate Doctoral level training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology or a Post Graduate diploma in CBT with CAMHS experience
  • current registration with Health Care Professionals Council or eligible for immediate registration / Accredited with the BABCP
  • at least two years’ experience of working as a psychologist using CBT as main approach
  • working with children: 2 years
  • ability to communicate effectively at written and oral level formulations giving clinically sensitive information to young people, their families and other professionals in the education sector
