Responsibility
- negotiating contracts with suppliers
- assessing the performance of vendors
- maintaining sufficient inventory, managing supply chains appropriately to ensure the needs of the business are achieved
- routing supplies to appropriate projects
- ensuring vendor compliance with company standards
- ensuring effective smooth working and understanding through communication between OBT and the various collaborators/partners
- ensure all new contracts and amendments happen efficiently and effectively through good communication and compliance with OBT legal team requirements
- monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts
Requirements
- previous contract management and vendor management experience
- previous project management experience of early phase oncology clinical trials
- excellent coordination and project management skills
- ability to liaise successfully with other teams and departments
- previous experience of working in a biotech organisation would be an advantage
- excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
- great negotiation skills
- prior alliance management experience
