you will have excellent numeracy skills and strong written and spoken English
you should have an understanding of the roles of a Quantity Surveyor, Employer's Agent and Project Manager as well as an interest in residential and commercial property development
you need to be client focussed with a professional demeanour and be able to communicate confidently and diplomatically in a variety of situations. Ideally you will have some work experience but it doesn't need to be relevant to this role
you must be capable of moving around a construction site and must either already hold a valid UK driving licence or be capable of obtaining one
