collaborate with external consultants, contractors, local authorities, approved building control inspectors, and planning officers
Requirements
relevant degree qualification
minimum of 3 years’ experience with UK building regulations
proficiency in AutoCAD and document management
strong understanding of UK residential building construction
experience with the UK planning system
full UK driving license
ability to manage multiple projects effectively, work well under pressure, and meet project deadlines
