- process new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and revised renewals
- process & maintain client & departmental emails
- prepare written responses to enquiries
- keep diary systems up to date, by contacting clients for updates
- maintain accurate client records ensuring completion within the agreed service standards
- maintain professional relationships with clients, insurer partners, affiliates and other third parties
- ensure all documentation issued and actions taken fall within the agreed service standards and FCA regulations
- full driving licence required
- experience in the property sector would be useful but not essential
- A basic understanding of the insurance or financial services industry
- attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- full UK driving licence
- previous experience in property industry

- MIRPM Exam
- experience of preparing cashflow forecasts
- understanding of Landlord and Tenant law matters
- experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- co-ordinating major works projects; serving Section 20 notices if/when required
