- permanent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator/Scheduler to join a leading construction contractor
- the opportunity will be based out of the Head Office in Glasgow on full-time hours
- working as part of the delivery team for an energy renewable framework, you will be a key member of the team covering scheduling of work with residents who are receiving upgrades within their properties as well as dealing with ongoing customer-service queries as the 1st line of communication
- assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
