Responsibility
- develop and execute test plans for UAV production, including functional testing, environmental testing, and performance testing
- analyse test results and identify areas for improvement in the production process
- collaborate with the production team to implement changes and improvements to the testing process
- troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production
- maintain testing equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly
- ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during testing and production
- develop and maintain documentation related to testing procedures and results
- provide technical support and training to production team members as needed
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in UAV or aerospace production testing
- experience with test planning and execution, including functional testing, environmental testing, and performance testing
- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the UAV industry
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
