Responsibility
- we are looking for a CRM Manager & Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to take us to the next level. This is a key role in the implementation of the charity’s CRM strategies, supporting people with MS and key stakeholders globally
- we are seeking to use our data to better understand and meet the needs of our community, our fundraisers and donors, strengthening our relationships with them
- the scope of the role includes operational management and responsibility over the development of the charity’s CRM system and associated systems to ensure that system users are able to use the systems optimally
- the post-holder will lead on continuous evaluation, testing and implementation of future upgrades and developments which will be delivered through an agency partner
- the post holder will also take the lead on developing reports and dashboards through Power BI to help drive the charity forward. We want to move the charity forward to be more insight-driven and this role will play a key part in that process
