  • familiarity with safe work systems specific to the warehouse and knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
  • IOSH Managing Safely Certificate
  • demonstrate operational competence, working in a small team with minimal supervision to consistently achieve KPI targets
  • actively suggest continuous improvement opportunities and manage the implementation and feedback
