Responsibility

  • dealing with queries from Auctions and Re-marketing managers
  • familiarising with Data used and how to import and export from different systems
  • sending out any pre-set reports to relevant people
  • daily sales files
  • monthly and daily stats
  • working as part of our commercial admin team, ensuring all vehicles are looked after, reports are produced within agreed SLA, dealing with customer requests, setting up new accounts
