we are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team
control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings

as the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation process, creating menus, and ensuring the quality and variety of the dishes served
manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedules, and assess staff’s performance
you will be the first in command in the kitchen and will be responsible for creating and inspecting dishes before they are served to customers, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction
order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
Requirements
proven experience as a Head Chef or talented sous ready for the next level
excellent record of kitchen management
ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
capable of delegating multiple tasks
communication and leadership skills
keep up with cooking trends and best practices
corporate and banqueting experience is desired
