Responsibility

  • manage the efficient, accurate processing and administration of customer details/data, including payments and credit control, ready for programme delivery and expedition travel
  • respond to all communications in a timely manner. All written communication needs to be of the highest standards
  • oversee organization and production of Programme and Expedition Paperwork for travelling teams
  • carry out all work in accordance with Outlook’s policies and procedures, paying particular attention to Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety at Work

Requirements

  • people management: 4 years
  • customer Service Management: 4 years
