Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced registered manager who should ideal have similar experience of not less than 2-3 years
  • you will liaise with CQC, Commissioner team , brokerage team and other Professionals
  • you will also be responsible for the team of 3 to 4 back office staff and Carers
  • the post holder will be require to be a driver and with good communication
  • manage Domiciliary staff and ensure that they are complying with state, local, and federal regulations
  • coordinate all activities related to the Domiciliary Program
  • you will report to General Manager
  • ensure that all staff are completing their required paperwork in a timely manner

Education

  • diploma of Higher Education
