our TLC is in search of a Deputy Manager to collaborate closely with the Registered Manager at our Shipley Head Office
we're seeking an individual committed to going the extra mile, emphasizing quality while supporting service users to enhance their lives
prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with CQC regulations are essential
you'll be a crucial member of our team, requiring an understanding of community support services and supported living environments
perform environmental and moving/handling risk assessments for all service users in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policies
attend appointments with service users and multidisciplinary teams, record outcomes, and communicate actions to the Registered Manager and the wider team
attended appointments with Service Users with multidisciplinary teams and record outcomes and communicate actions to the Registered Manager and wider team
lead, direct, and supervise senior support workers and support staff, working under the direction of the Registered Manager, to provide outstanding service to service users
Education
A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
all mandatory training or agreement to undertake training for the role
passed probation in current role
working towards or gained NCFE Medication Management and Mental Health Awareness or agreement to undertake above training for the role
working towards or gained Level 2 Safeguarding or agreement to undertake above training for the role
working towards level 5 Health and Social care or agreement to undertake above training for the role upon probation
further training may be required after 6-month probationary period has ended
