Responsibility
- our TLC is in search of a Deputy Manager to collaborate closely with the Registered Manager at our Shipley Head Office
- we're seeking an individual committed to going the extra mile, emphasizing quality while supporting service users to enhance their lives
- prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with CQC regulations are essential
- you'll be a crucial member of our team, requiring an understanding of community support services and supported living environments
- perform environmental and moving/handling risk assessments for all service users in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policies
- attend appointments with service users and multidisciplinary teams, record outcomes, and communicate actions to the Registered Manager and the wider team

- lead, direct, and supervise senior support workers and support staff, working under the direction of the Registered Manager, to provide outstanding service to service users
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- all mandatory training or agreement to undertake training for the role
- passed probation in current role
- working towards or gained NCFE Medication Management and Mental Health Awareness or agreement to undertake above training for the role
- working towards or gained Level 2 Safeguarding or agreement to undertake above training for the role
- working towards level 5 Health and Social care or agreement to undertake above training for the role upon probation
- further training may be required after 6-month probationary period has ended
