Responsibility
- open and lock buildings and maintain site security and safety
- governor meetings, parents’ evenings, productions
- monitor, prioritise and delegate tasks recorded in the school helpdesk promptly to the site team

- as a principal key holder manage responses to emergency call-outs in the event of fire damage, intruders, burglary, floods, incidents etc. in accordance with agreed procedures
- will occasionally be requested to work additional hours to cover illness and may be required to work an alternative shift pattern to cover illness and school functions e.g
- manage responses to emergency cleaning requests as and when required, which may be necessary to maintain hygiene standards
- co-ordinate and monitor the performance of the Site Team, including appraisals, working schedules, and ensuring weekly / daily routines are adhered to
