Responsibility

  • as an showroom assistant, you will be the first point of contact for discerning clients, wishing to invest in luxury furniture
  • maintaining displays, ordering products and work with suppliers on delivery
  • support the management and maintenance of the associated online platform, along with the social media strategy
  • acting as furniture/lighting/home decor consultant, you will enhance the sales experience, utilising your knowledge of design and your keen eye for detail to promote and successfully sell products displayed in the showroom and additional inventory from the suppliers/manufacturers database
  • it is essential that you are customer focused with a design flair. Organised, motivated, and articulate. Able to support the growth of the business and managers, liaise with other teams, and initiate/respond to business opportunities

Requirements

  • experience in Interior Design or furniture retail experience. Must have customer service experience
  • good knowledge and flair for design, trends, and styles
  • networking and outreach skills within the interiors sector
  • possess excellent communication skills and interaction
  • experience of social media
  • sound administration and IT competence
  • interior Design & Customer Service: 3 years
