  • ability to provide patient-centered care and offer professional advice on medications and healthcare-related matters
  • undertaking Structured Medication Reviews

Responsibility

  • medication Dispensing: Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely, following legal regulations and standard operating procedures , and ensuring proper labeling and packaging of medications
  • patient Counseling: Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and precautions, to ensure safe and effective use of medications, and address patient inquiries and concerns
