Requirements
- direct experience of managing product data
- knowledge of how product data is managed and maintained in FMG business
- previous experience of maintaining a PIM system
- experience of working in a FMG business environment
- strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- ability to work on multiple projects ensuring deadlines are adhered to
- effective and confident communicator
- ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
Responsibility
- to maintain the company PIM system for Product Data
- lead and manage the collection of Ethical, Sustainable & Environmental data from our Top 200 suppliers
- management of 1 direct report who is responsible for customer E-Catalogues
- ownership of the ESG data project. Ensuring we are complying with any customer tenders & supporting any mandatory requirements for accreditations
- responsible to ensure the Ethical, Sustainable & Environmental data is maintained and completed to a high standard
- support the Responsible Business Manager on reporting and other key tasks related to our Environmental, Social Governance objectives
- to ensure that data is maintained to the highest quality and tasks are completed within the timescales provided
- to fully understand all OT Group product data requirements and the full implications of the distribution of incorrect data. To include but not exclusively, supplier, product, stock, pricing data & ESG data
