- implement effective stock management practices to minimize losses
- provide necessary internal training to ensure the competence of bar supervisors and staff in their roles
- ensure compliance with licensing regulations to ensure the safety of the public
- regularly review cost of sales and identify opportunities to reduce costs
- discuss and confirm logistics with the Event Manager to ensure seamless event delivery
