Responsibility
- development and implementation of the Osprey Holidays product and strategy
- sourcing new product, hotel write ups for the website/brochure and producing agent offers
- contract negotiations with new and existing partners, this may include UK and overseas travel
- this is an outstanding opportunity for someone to head up a small department in a dynamic environment
- the role is broad in scope and responsibilities so having a mature, flexible approach to work is essential
- you’ll be working alongside our Reservations Manager as part of a small team
- work closely with the Marketing department including brochure production

Requirements
- experience of using a GDS system and Smartpoint
- you have good travel knowledge and experience, both in the UK and Europe
- knowledge of Dolphin Dynamics our inhouse booking system is not essential but would be an advantage
- you are forward-thinking and have a flexible approach to your work
- you have strong commercial acumen
- you have excellent attention to detail
- you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- you have the ability to see things from the customer’s perspective and always strive to exceed their expectations
