Responsibility

  • problem Solving - Address and resolve on-site issues that may arise during operations, such as mechanical failures or changes in project scope, escalating to the Project Manager for support and keeping them informed
  • health & Safety Compliance - Enforce adherence to QHSE standards, conducting safety briefings and ensuring all site activities comply with RAMS
  • ability to identify and escalate to management teams, potential issues related to safety and/or equipment failure through diligent day to day operations and excellent housekeeping practices

  • to Support the delivery of Osprey's vision and values as part of your day-to-day work
  • provide support to the finance team as required
  • to complet with Osprey's management systems as required within your area of responsibility
  • be responsible for health, safety, and enivrontal aspects that affect yourself, employees, and activities under your control
  • any other duties that the company may reasonablyu require the indidvual to undertake
  • assist with year-end tasks, such as preparing annual tax forms for employees and contractors
  • stay up to date with labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance guidelines
  • ensure that all year-end payroll processing is completed accurately and timely
