- support the Financial Accountant in the preparation and finalisation of the firm's annual accounts
- they will assist in the maintenance of the firms accounting records and controls and in the preparation of accounts, reports, analysis and returns. They will support in the preparation and delivery of annual accounts for the service companies
- preparation of monthly P&L for OC France including reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts
- any other tasks/duties to meet business needs
- preparation and finalisation of the financial accounts for all service companies
- support Senior Finance Manager in the preparation of the firm's monthly profit and loss account including investigation of variances against budget with budget holders and preparation of variance report
- responsibility of monthly intercompany billing between the International offices and service companies
- prepare and submit other external returns- primarily statistical office returns
