Responsibility
- orthonika is seeking an outstanding Engineering Project Manager to support pre-clinical product development and human translation work for its meniscus implant
- help define and set team objectives in line with agreed scope and develop project charters
- help teams to define and set objectives, agree scope, develop charters, and construct project-based structures
- candidates will be based in the Biomechanics Lab in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Imperial College London
- support development of effective project governance with key stakeholders
- support the development of effective project governance with key stakeholders
- develop and maintain integrated project plans working with the team and build understanding of interdependencies within each project and across projects
- support execution of plans by liaising with engineering team, suppliers and regulatory advisors

Requirements
- they must have a demonstrated passion for leading, managing and completing projects in an entrepreneurial environment
- this is a part-time position in a research and development setting
- the contractor must have a self-starter attitude and be able to work in a small team to support the company across the entire spectrum of product development and testing to bring the device to market
