- good knowledge of stock audit and inventory accuracy protocols
- computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- must hold a clean driving license

- to ensure key client targets are efficiently met whilst increasing productivity and maintaining procedural compliance
- to resolve operational problems across multiple remote sites and report or escalate issues and any action taken
- ensure all transactional ledgers are accurate and up to date
- review of profit of loss account and identify unusual variances
- balance sheet controls including monthly balance sheet and payroll reconciliations, and review of sales and purchase ledgers
- preparation of VAT reconciliation and payments
- accurate and timely preparation of KPI reports
- preparation of statutory financial statements and year end files in accordance with local requirements
- assisting in the year end audit process
- review bad debt provision as required
- part-qualified qualification ACCA or CIMA
- good communication skills essential
- able to operate on own initiative as well as part of a team

- provide training and mentor new stocktakers
- assist with any queries stocktakers may have in relation to the stocktake
- previous Supervisor experience
