- providing telephone, email and online technical support to installation engineers
- providing 1st line IT Support to colleagues onsite
- assisting with installation of software, new PCs and printers
- connecting and testing network cabling, switches etc
- we are recruiting an enthusiastic and talented Technical Support Engineer to help propel our cutting edge electronic intruder alarm products to a world-wide stage
- providing telephone technical support of Orisec alarm equipment to external installation engineers / customers
