• monitor competition and customer needs by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising methods
• recommend changes in products and services, by evaluating results and competitive developments
• resolve customer queries and complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations
• maintaining records on CRM system to ensure customer growth and retention
• maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training and through peer support
• when required, contribute to product development and or the marketing strategy
• from time to time, work on ad-hoc projects and undertake other reasonable duties as required by senior management
