  • the ability to plan is key; this role is responsible for keeping the social calendar up to date, always working at least two weeks in advance

  • you will manage the Origin content production schedule, briefing the content creator and freelance creators as required. You will have ownership of all deliverables and ensure they meet all brand requirements

  • experience in a coffee or hospitality setting, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques
  • engage with customers to share your knowledge of our coffee offerings and help them make informed choices
  • previous experience in a café or hospitality setting
  • prepare and serve high-quality coffee, ensuring consistency in flavour, presentation, and service
  • strong communication and customer service skills, able to engage and educate customers
  • knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
  • follow Origin’s brewing recipes and techniques to maintain excellence in every cup

Responsibility

  • stay updated on industry trends, coffee innovations, and best practices to continuously refine your expertise
  • participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  • maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace, ensuring seamless daily operations
  • support stock management and ensure all products are well presented and available
  • keep informed about any updates or changes in the café’s operations and procedures
