ORIGIN AMENITY is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • proactively support and liaise with group business units to facilitate successful workflow during month end and seasonal activities
  • reconciling intercompany balances for Amenity Division within three working days of the end of the reporting period
  • preparation of accruals and prepayments
  • monthly review of Balance sheet reconciliations and ability to autonomously identify and analyse reconciling differences
  • preparation of KPI data tables and Profit forecasts for inclusion in senior management’s monthly reporting to Group finance
  • assist with management accounts process for Amenity Division, which is comprised of seven companies including consolidation of management accounts and trial balances for submission to Group finance within tight deadlines
  • maintain Fixed Asset Registers and post monthly depreciation for selected business units
  • ability to prepare a full set of Management Accounts with a detailed analysis of business unit actual costs versus budget and last year
