- the role is varied and a real opportunity for the right candidate to make the position their own
- working closely with the Performance Manager and reporting to the Head of Client Development, you will be a central link for our clients, accountable for screening, assigning and responding to all client correspondence and legal communications, from customers and litigation partners
- you will have a proactive and influential involvement, ensuring client accounts are up to date and legal processes run smoothly; following agreed collection and legal procedures and being responsible for reporting in line with client agreements
- the candidate should be full of enthusiasm, a problem solver with an intelligent and affable approach, underpinned by a solid work ethic, a keen eye for detail and a team player, who is likeable and has the drive to get the job done
- as part of our drive to be at the forefront of the rapid professionalisation of the industry, we want to attract a highly organised Client Liaison Manager to help manage our legal services and client relationships with a diverse range of companies and organisations, to ensure that we are continuously providing exceptional service levels in line with contractual agreements
