Responsibility

  • to prepare and cook food in order to provide nourishment of a high quality to all residents
  • to maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas, in accordance with Environmental Health Office Regulations
  • to work with management on stock control, menu planning and ordering
  • to respect the residents' privacy, dignity and self respect
  • to maintain a happy and homely environment
  • to communicate with residents on their individual needs, and to assist the management with the Policy of encouraging residents rights on choice

Requirements

  • cook: 2 years
