  • duties and Key Responsibilities
  • serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships
  • understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations
  • regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects/campaign performance, insights, and recommendations
  • identifying issues before they can become problems, being the voice of the client in the agency and vice versa
  • working alongside project managers that handle day-to-day delivery through sprints, your role will be all about shaping client strategy, developing account plans and building relationships
