Responsibility

- at East Court, home to 17 individuals, we have a dedicated team of staff who actively support residents to live the lives they choose. This role involves encouraging and supporting people with daily tasks and activities at home and in the community
- at Northcroft, home to 8 individuals, we have a dedicated team of staff who actively support residents to live the lives they choose. This role involves encouraging and supporting people with daily tasks and activities at home and in the community
- at St Chads, home to 4 individuals, we have a dedicated team of staff who actively support residents to live the lives they choose. This role involves encouraging and supporting people with daily tasks and activities at home and in the community
- previous care experience supporting people with learning disabilities would be an advantage, but not necessary as full guidance, support and a comprehensive induction programme will be provided
