- prepare treatment rooms and instruments, maintaining a sterile and organized environment
- decontamination of instruments and record keeping
- provide outstanding customer service at all times
- engage with patients, making them feel comfortable and informed throughout their dental experience
- provide chair-side clinical support to the dentists/hygienist
- any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested
- manage appointment scheduling and patient records with accuracy and attention to detail

- completion of compliance paperwork as required
- display initiative in anticipating the needs of the dental team and responding promptly
- build trusting and caring relationships with all patients, and take all reasonable steps to ensure their comfort and retention
- assist the clinical team and reception team in gaining acceptance for treatment plans from patients
- monitoring stock levels and requesting orders as required
