Working hours

Responsibility

  • prepare and cook food on order as required, following our established recipes
  • maintain a positive attitude and work as a team with all employees
  • check food items for preparation before lunch orders to avoid mishaps
  • prepare dishes according to recipes, safety standards and company standards
  • clean kitchen side tables and all equipment used
  • assist with other duties as assigned
  • follows all company procedures, policies/standards, and regulations pertaining to food safety

Requirements

  • at least 1 year experience in food preparation and an understanding of safe and correct Food Hygiene/ Handling procedures
  • food Safety for Catering level 2 or 3 or willingness to work towards it
  • due to the rural location a Valid driver’s license may be required
  • baking: 1 year
  • cooking: 1 year
  • kitchen experience: 1 year
