  • windows 10 Active Directory, Azure AD, DHCP & DNS
  • demonstrable experience in leading and managing a high standard of IT helpdesk support
  • supporting and diagnosing bespoke systems

Responsibility

  • ensure proper maintenance of printers and sufficient stock levels of consumable items
  • act as the primary point of contact for core business technologies utilized across the wider group
  • serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, queries, and issues from Head Office staff regarding the group's technology infrastructure, including networking, end user devices, monitoring, billing, cloud services, and antivirus
