Responsibility
- ensure proper maintenance of printers and sufficient stock levels of consumable items
- act as the primary point of contact for core business technologies utilized across the wider group
- serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, queries, and issues from Head Office staff regarding the group's technology infrastructure, including networking, end user devices, monitoring, billing, cloud services, and antivirus
