Responsibility

  • A well-established manufacturing business in the Walsall area is looking to recruit a part-time experienced Purchase Ledger Finance Administrator
  • answering suppliers via telephone and e-mail
  • identifying problems and resolving problems with suppliers
  • matching and posting supplier invoices onto MRP system
  • managing monthly unmatched receivers
  • monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • the role is immediately available working 9am-1pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You will join a small busy finance team and have sole responsibility for processing purchase ledger invoices onto MRP
  • sage payroll from time to time
