Responsibility
- processing orders accurately and liaising with planning department to agree production slots and lead times
- clarifying any ambiguous order requirements
- working alongside the Special Product Request team to support fulfilment of non- standard orders
- reviewing and processing all order amendment requests, and assessing implications to the order delivery life cycle
- ensuring key stakeholders are made aware of changes in a timely manner
- keeping track of amendments and request new purchase orders where applicable
- booking deliveries with client sites within specified time periods
- supporting the Sales team in the generation of urgent quotations
Requirements
- previous experience from within a similar B2B customer service role
- demonstrable experience of delivering solutions based customer service
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- good organisational and administrative skills
- excellent communication skills – oral and written, coupled with an excellent telephone manner
- ability to demonstrate own initiative and take a pro-active approach
- good level of literacy and numeracy
